1) reliable. many others already QA-ed it for me. 

2) cheap. I don&#039;t pay for the software. I have a community of support.

3) when I want extra, I can always look at it, or get a developer to look at it, and I can expect them to have a understanding of it

4) don&#039;t have to fall in either commercial support trap or software engineering trap</description>
